en Mind Management Principles:
“The mind invariably thinks it has all the answers for you in your life but it doesn’t, with practise YOU JUST MIGHT HAVE MORE!”
- The mind is but one aspect of you and not the totality of who you are
- You therefore may NOT be just your mind
- The mind is usually impatient, loves complaining and feels ‘things’ are not as ‘good’ as they could be
- The mind makes an excellent servant but a terrible master
- Training your mind is a lifelong skill
- You are your mind’s CEO, manager and labourer all in one
- If it’s not healthy to always give the mind what it wants, it logically follows that it’s best not to always follow it
- Having a thought is not ownership of that thought, it’s just a thought with no power or influence in the universe unless or until it’s acted upon
- Whatever is fed in the mind eventually grows
- Calm down (wypcdtmsf)
